Could Not Initialize Application. Details: None

Problem: When starting AP, client gets an alert saying, "Could Not Initialize Application. Details: None". 

Solution 1: Check that software version 5.4 is installed (Help>About Play Attention). If it is not, install 5.4 and then re-install Auditory Processing. 

Solution 2: Remove shadow feature. 

*This is a quick fix. If v5.4 is in use, but they still get the error, the graphics driver or card probably need to be updated. But removing the shadows is a work-around*

1. Open <Computer> from your start menu or desktop. 

2. Follow path: Disk C:/ProgramFiles/PlayAttention/PA5/resources/seq3d

3. Right-click over the <shadows> folder and select <Rename>.

4. Add the word <OFF> to the folder name (i.e. shadowsOFF). 

5. Click away from the folder to save the new name. Close window. 

6. Retry Auditory Processing game.
