This error will present itself under these conditions:
Interface Box Powered Off - Power Unit ON
Low Battery - Check Your Batteries!
USB Adapter is not plugged in - Identify your USB to Serial device. And plug it into an available port. Some customers use their Internal Bluetooth adapter see MISSING LINK
Proper Drivers are not installed - Fireplug Drivers for Windows, AZIO drivers for Windows, Fireplug Drivers for Mac OS X, there are no drivers for AZIO on MAC OS.
USB Serial Device is not paired via Bluetooth - Pairing AZIO for Windows
USB Port is BAD - Verify USB ports.
