The newest Mac computers utilize a USB-C connector. These connectors will require a customer provided converter for our BodyWave Bluetooth Adapter.
Using 3rd party converters has proven to cause difficulty connecting our BodyWave armband. The symptoms include Low Sample Rate Errors and Could Not Initialize Errors.
The solution has been to use an Apple certified USB converter.
