Verify USB Port for Windows

  1. Play Attention does not work well when the USB serial device is plugged into a USB hub or extension of any kind. These introduce latency that affects the data received.
  2. Plug the USB serial device into another available USB port. Check for USB power by verifying LED is lit and blinking BLUE. Alternate USB ports until you achieve a properly powered USB serial device. Retest connectivity with the Body Wave armband. COM TEST
  3. If the USB serial device is still not powering on or is continuing to not communicate or pair with the Body Wave escalate your ticket to Tier II.
