Installing software from CD

If you have a previous version of Play Attention5 on your computer we do recommend that you do a backup of your data prior to loading the new version. In order to do a backup of your data, you may export your data to your desktop or you may send in a request for a progress review. If you export the data to your desktop, the data will be stored on your computer. If you send in a request from the software for a progress review, the data will be sent to our secure server. Both of these functions may be completed when logged in as system admin.

Delete any old Play Attention shortcuts from your desktop.

PC

You are licensed to install Play Attention on a single Windows user account per computer. A Play Attention user must be logged into the specific Windows "Administrator" account that Play Attention was installed on in order to use Play Attention. Unique Logic and Technology, Inc. will only support installation on a single Windows user account per computer.

1. Insert the Play Attention installation CD into your computer.

2. The Play Attention wizard will “auto run” once the CD is inserted.

3. Click <Next>, and then <I Agree> to accept the End User License Agreement.

4. Now, you will be asked where you wish Play Attention to be installed. Simply click <Next>, (the software defaults to the correct location). Next you will be asked to create the program’s shortcuts (defaults to Play Attention which creates a new folder within your Start Menu). Click <Install>.

5. Once installation is successful, it should now say, “Completed”. Please click <Next>, and then <Finish>.

You should now have a new Play Attention icon on the desktop.

Mac

You are licensed to install Play Attention on a single Mac user account per computer. A Play Attention user must be logged into the specific Mac account that Play Attention was installed on in order to use Play Attention. Unique Logic and Technology, Inc. will only support installation on a single Mac user account per computer.

1. Plug Bluetooth adapter into your computer.

2. Insert thePlay Attentioninstallation CD into your computer. It arrives in a white CD cover sleeve.

3. Open CD-ROM –Play Attention. Double click file labeled <Play Attention.pkg>.

4. Welcome to thePlay AttentionInstaller window will appear.

5. Click <Continue>

6. Click <Install> (You will be asked to enter your Administrator’s username and password to allow)

7. Once install has succeeded click <Close>

To access the program, go back to your computer’s main desktop, click on <Go>, and then go to <Applications>. Locate Play Attention icon.
