There are a couple of things that you can do that might take care of this issue.
- re-install the Java JDK on your Macintosh, and then retest. LINK to Java JDK 8.
- If the JDK doesn't fix the issue:
- Make sure the USB adapter is plugged into a USB port on the computer.
- Turn on your BodyWave armband.
- Download and Run the attached (HighSierra.jar) file.
- Start PA6 and try to play a game. You will not need to "scan," this tool manually codes the connection.
