The cloud server will be undergoing routine maintenance on Sunday April 1st between the hours of 12am and 2am Eastern Time.
This will affect all users briefly in the following ways:
- Users will not be able to Backup or Restore from the online database.
- Users will not be able to Query or Run updates to their PA6 system software.
We anticipate that this will be a brief service outage and will have minimal, if any, impact on our customers.
During the maintenance window, session data will be saved to your local hard drive,
and when the server maintenance is complete that data will automatically be synchronized to the cloud storage.
