What if my Student isn't showing up in iLab view?

When you don't see a Student profile card show up after your Student has logged into Play Attention, and even started playing a game, follow these simple steps below to fix this issue.

1. Click "Hide iLab" near the top of the window.
2. Then immediately click "View iLab" to return to the iLab Viewer.
3. You should see your Students' profile cards and can now review their live stats.
