PA 6 is installed in these locations by default...DON'T choose another location. This will cause problems.
Files, like logs and databases etc. are NOW located in the AppData locations.
When escalating an issue to Tier 2 support you must include at a minimum the following files (all located in the AppData location:)
- Logs (entire directory)
- config.json
- play-attention-xxxxxxxxxxxx.json
It is okay to ZIP these files before sending. Also, it is okay to just ZIP the entire AppData "Play-Attention-6" directory if space permits.
Windows:
Install C:\Program Files (x86)\pa6
AppData C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Play-Attention-6
Mac:
Install /Application/Play Attention 6.app/Contents/Resources/app.nw/
AppData /Users/<User>/Library/Application Support/Play-Attention-6/
