General Availability or GA

Unique Logic & Technology (UL&T), the parent company of Play Attention, will make a product generally available to its end users. The date that the Software becomes generally available to the public is the General Availability date. After the General Availability of the Software and/or Hardware, UL&T will provide Support in accordance with the UL&T's Terms and Conditions. UL&T reserves the right to make bug fixes, patches, and service releases only for the current version of any Software Title it publishes, or Hardware model it manufactures. The end user may need to upgrade to the newest version/model before applying a bug fix, patch, or service release.

End of Development or EOD

End of Development means the date UL&T will cease Development related to the Product and will cease providing Development support related to the applicable Release or Model. UL&T reserves the right to cease Development support for any Release of the Software or Model of Hardware made Generally Available after two subsequent Releases. Prior to the End of Development date, UL&T will actively support the Software Release or Hardware Model with service releases, bug fixes, workarounds, or patches for critical bugs reported through the Play Attention Helpdesk. When a Release/Model reaches the End of Development date, it will, however, no longer be actively supported by Development. Technical Support will be available until the End of Life Date, which is one year after the End of Development Date, as long as the customer is under paid maintenance; Technical Support can provide access to previously released hot fixes, service releases, etc. Technical Support will not include nor will it create any new bug fixes or feature additions or requests for any product that is past the End of Development date.

End of Life Announcement or EOLA

UL&T will publicly communicate the discontinuance of the UL&T Product in an End of Life announcement on its website. An End of Life Announcement marks the beginning of the End of Life life cycle for a particular Software Title or Model of Hardware. The End of Life Announcement will precede the End of Development date by at least 90 days.

End of Life or EOL

End of Life means the date when all Software Support shall cease for a discontinued Release of the Software. Generally, there will be one full year between the End of Development date to the End of Life date but may be less, at the discretion of UL&T.

End of Support or EOS

End of Support means the date when we no longer support the use of a Third Party's hardware or software. A good example of this is when an Operating System (Windows, or Macintosh) has announced on EOL or EOS for a version of their OS software. We may also make an End of Support announcement for hardware or software that we find creates conflicts with the Play Attention system.
