For long-term benefits, the user should continue the program for a minimum of 40 hours. A coach may graduate a user after 40 to 60 hours of training. Although the user may demonstrate total mastery of the skills being taught, research indicates that long-term benefits occur after 40 to 60 hours of training. We suggest weaning the student off the program while monitoring progress in the classroom or workplace to insure lasting results. Contact your support adviser to discuss whether or not it is time for graduation. Both children and adults should work between 40-60 hours before graduating the program.
