We recommend you use Play Attention at least an hour per week. You may work more than an hour per week. One hour is simply the minimum we recommend. Depending on your particular needs, you can schedule long sessions or short sessions. For example, as an adult, you may want to do two 30 minute sessions. If you have a young child or a very hectic schedule, you may opt to do four 15 minute sessions instead. The session time is up to you. However, once you choose your schedule be certain to remain consistent. Consistency is of utmost importance. Our data over the last ten years of use indicates that an average of 40 hours use helps insure lasting change. This frequently varies with each student as some will require more training and some less.
